Kevin Carden serves as Town Recorder for Harpers Ferry, West Virginia. He is a technical writer by profession and is running for County Commission in  Jefferson County. His first goal, he says, is a "return of  civility and decency" to the Jefferson County government.

The conversation focuses on the issues and controversies and interests at stake in the upcoming Primary and General elections.
